Barking Up the Right Tree
Style: Sour Farmhouse Ale w/ Shagbark Hickory
A collaboration with Clark Barlowe and Heirloom Restaurant. This mixed fermentation farmhouse ale is fermented in our 30 BBL oak foeder. We infused the beer with toasted bark foraged from Shagbark Hickory trees at North Corner Haven. The result is tart, funky, and woody with a dry, earthy finish.
