Fruited sour, aged in white wine barrels for 3 years then re-fermented on fresh North Carolina persimmons.    6.0%

This sour golden ale was aged for 3 years in white wine barrels, then re-fermented on North Carolina-grown Fuyu Persimmons. Soft acidity and fruity esters are complemented by tropical fruit and dry oaky tannin. Unfiltered and bottle conditioned, so please pour carefully.
