Under the direction of the General Manager, our bartenders are responsible for providing outstanding customer service and a positive experience for every guest. Our ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and passionate about providing great hospitality. An appreciation of craft beer and the ability to learn and confidently explain our beer menu to customers is important to this role. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail and working as part of a team.
Primary responsibilities include serving beer, preparing cocktails, taking food orders, and fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment in the taproom. You will also assist with preparing the taproom for opening, stocking merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized space, and completing closing procedures at the end of each shift.
Requirements:
- Previous high-volume hospitality experience
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Desire to continuously learn and improve
- Cicerone Beer Server Certification required within 30 days of hire
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Under the direction of the Coffee Bar Manager, this position is responsible for creating exceptional coffee beverages, serving craft beer and cocktails, and fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment in the Coffee Bar. Additional responsibilities include stocking merchandise, preparing the taproom for opening, cleaning, and other miscellaneous tasks after closing.
We are seeking a highly motivated team player who is positive, reliable, and willing to work long hours when needed.
Requirements:
- Previous high-volume hospitality experience
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, how to use an espresso machine and other coffee equipment to create handcrafted coffee beverages
- Availability to work occasional nights and weekends as needed for events
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment and have excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

Part-Time and Full-Time Barback / Food Runner with High-Volume Experience
At Wooden Robot Brewery we have an uncompromising stance on quality and expect the same from our team.
Under the direction of the General Manager, this position is responsible for fostering a welcoming and secure environment in all our taprooms. Individuals will be responsible for monitoring customer interactions, cleaning & maintaining tables (ie: removing plates/glassware) and assisting with keg changes.
We are seeking a highly motivated team player who is positive, reliable, and willing to work long hours when needed.
This is an hourly position plus tips.
Requirements:
- Previous high-volume service industry experience
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Maintain positive and polite demeanor in daily customer interactions
- Performing tasks such as cleaning tap room
- Being punctual, having a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Relevant Skills/Qualifications Desired:
- Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment and have excellent communication/interpersonal skills
