Several years ago, the Wooden Robot Leadership Team created and implemented our 5 Core Values. We have decided to expand upon them to incorporate our Code of Conduct and open them to the public. We want to turn our beliefs into expectations, as our commitment to welcoming, creating, and preserving a culture of diversity, inclusion, and anti-discrimination throughout our company.

We aim to provide the best possible products, atmosphere, and experiences. This includes committing to learning and expanding our culture of inclusiveness and social sustainability. It requires teamwork, respectful communication, and company participation to create a culture of accountability. We are here to listen and to continue the dialogue in this pursuit.

We are willing to admit our shortcomings and blindspots as a way to learn and grow. We strive to acknowledge and dismantle any inequalities within our company by contributing to the community we serve to promote a greater understanding and respect for diversity.

We aim to maintain a professional, fun, and safe space for all. While in our brewery, we ask that you treat the people around you with respect and decency. Any behavior that makes people feel threatened is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

We embrace, encourage, and celebrate our employee’s uniqueness in all aspects. Everyone has the right to be themselves and be treated with the utmost respect, and we expect the same from our vendors, distribution partners, retail accounts, guests, and community.
