Inspired by historical IPA, this beer was brewed with local pale malt and aged for over a year in our oak foeder. Extended aging with Brettanomyces helps to dry the beer out while adding funky and fruity notes. Dry hopped with Goldings hops for notes of black tea and bergamot.
