This collaboration with our friends at Revelry Brewing started as a blend of foeder-aged saison, wine barrwl-aged sour, and fresh saison. It was re-fermented on loquat fruit that was hand picked in Charleston. The loquat fruit contributes mild notes of cherry and almond.
