This collab with our friend Lewis at Mountains Walking Brewery was inspired by combining elements of two very different styles. Inspired by NEIPA, we added oats for a soft mouthfeel and dry hopped with fruit-forward hops. A long, cool lager fermentation and delicate local pilsner malt from Epiphany Craft Malt create a crisp, clean Pilsner base. We believe the result is the best of both worlds!
