Direct Currant begins life as a sour farmhouse ale brewed with local barley and triticale malts from Epiphany Craft Malt. It ages in our 30 BBL oak foeder with our house sour culture, then re-ferments on over a pound per gallon of delectable black currants. It will zap your palate with tangy acidity and jammy fruit notes.
