This sour golden ale is brewed with 100% local barley and triticale malts, then fermented and aged in our oak foeder for several months. It re-ferments on over a pound per gallon of Virginia-grown Bing cherries. The resulting beer is delightfully tart and juicy, with a rich red hue.
