Brewed in Collaboration with our friends over at NoDa Brewing. This unique IPA is brewed with North Carolina grown and malted corn to evoke a spirit of southern cooking. Then fermented with our house lager yeast for a crisp dry finish. Simcoe, Mosaic, Strata, Sultana hops lend a huge tropical fruit aroma and flavor.
