Our housemade shandy is with our handcrafted lemon syrup topped with Steep Dreams and rosemary. Steep Dreams is a Sour ale that was foeder aged for 9 months with our house mixed-culture. Then infused with Orange Blossom green tea. The resulting beer is a wonderful blend of funk, tartness, and big citrusy tea character!
