This mixed fermentation farmhouse ale is fermented in our 30 BBL oak foeder with a blend of saison yeast, lactic acid bacteria, and wild yeast. Brewed with locally-malted barley and rye; the result is beautifully tangy with notes of citrus, stone fruit, and mild funk.
