This collaboration with our friends Collective Arts in Ontario, Canada combines the best of two of our favorite styles, oak-aged sour and hoppy American IPA. Foeder-aged sour was blended with a small amount of fresh IPA then heavily dry hopped with some of our favorite fruity hop varieties: Mosaic, Sabro, and Strata.
