Maybe we’re lazy, or maybe we just aren’t ready to admit that we have 11 months until Christmas is back. Either way, we haven’t found the time to kick our tree to the curb. To celebrate the late winter season, we brewed this pine-inspired West Coast IPA with Simcoe and Columbus hops, for notes of resinous pine balanced by a tropical kick of rich passionfruit.
