This wild ale was aged in an oak foeder for over a year at our wood-aging facility, The Chamber! This deliciously aged beer is infused with local Roselle Hibiscus Calyx, complimenting the wild culture with cranberry and lemon notes 🍋 This floral and fruity wild ale comes in at a smooth 6% ABV.

This new brew is properly named after our two very important family members, both named Mosaic! “Here, Mosie!” is a tropical, fruity West Coast IPA and hopped entirely with Mosaic. The flavor and aroma are bursting with papaya, guava, and pineapple. A delicious ode to two of our favorite four-legged friends! ❤️
