Our take on the modern West Coast-style IPA is brewed with a blend of Epiphany base malts for a light, crisp body. This batch is hopped with some of our favorite new hop products, starting with Salvo+ at the beginning of fermentation for a smooth, balanced bitterness. It’s dry-hopped with Erebus, Comet, and Cascade, then finished with a touch of Abstrax Skyfarm grapefruit for a bright, citrusy lift.
